This is a very nice presentation of Mike's technique using, indirect communion thru stories.
From a beginning that virtually anyone can relate to, Mike artfully sequences the listener through layers of meaning and experience that build in the listener the desire to join the story, to exchange and share stories and to just have more exposure to this thoughtful, intelligent man. If I were looking for a coach I would be favorably impressed not only with Mike's understanding of his subject but with the specifics he shares with listener, such as how to work toward outcomes, and use the modeling of sucess to enrich one's abilities and stratagies for doing one's chosen activity well.
Having been Mike's NLP instructor for several years, it is gratifying to me to listen to his proficincy and learn from him.
